Institute of cybernetics, informatics and communication is one of young divisions of Tyumen oil and gas university which carries out training in such directions as telecommunication, information technology and computer facilities, economy, and also carries out professional training and retraining, upgrading of professional skills.Today about two thousand students study here on 9 specialities and 4 professions. At present Institute of cybernetics, informatics and communication is one of the most quickly developing educational institutions which stores and improves its traditions. The intellectual and creative potential of the institute is claimed on and estimated very high.
